Rudy and Sal met after they were discharged in World War II. Rudy was in the Navy and served on a submarine. Sal was a Seabee and served in construction in the Phillipines.

Started in 1946, Rusal Construction began building homes all over NY State. In the 1970's they built a home for an engineer at Mobil Oil and doing such a great job they were asked to start bidding on jobs to build and service gas stations for Mobil. Soon after they were doing the same for Gulf Oil too all over NY State.

Now the next generation of Rusal Construction offers new home construction and remodeling in Connecticut and New York State.
